Kristen Jordan is a Hawai’i based interdisciplinary artist. She creates large research-based installations and dioramic scenes combining sculpture, printmaking, light, and a variety of digital media. Her work examines the gap between what is experienced directly through our senses and the conceptualization of those same experiences. She’s shown widely in the United States, participating in exhibitions at Tiger Strikes Asteroid, Philadelphia, PA; The Corcoran School of the Arts, Washington, DC; Aupuni Space, Honolulu, Hawai’i; among others. She holds an MFA from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts.
