Kristen Jordan is a Hawai’i based interdisciplinary artist and curator. She creates research-based sculptural installations using light as a primary medium. Her work examines the gap between direct sensory experiences and the frameworks used to give them meaning. She’s shown widely in the United States, participating in exhibitions at Tiger Strikes Asteroid, Philadelphia, PA; The Corcoran School of the Arts, Washington, DC; Aupuni Space, Honolulu, Hawai’i; among others. She holds an MFA from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts.
